Refund & Return Policy

At Couronne, each product is crafted with care. If you are not happy with your purchase, please read the policy below.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled at any time before dispatch. Once an order been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled – but out return terms may apply.

To cancel an order, write to support@couronne.in with your order number as soon as possible.

Return

We accept returns on unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.

We do not accept returns on:

-            Opened, used or partially used products

-            Sale or discounted items

-            Products without original packaging

To initiate a return, email support@couronne.in with your order number, the reason for return, and photos of the product (where relevant). Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with the next steps.

Damaged, defective, or wrong products

Please inspect your order on arrival. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, write to us at support@couronne.in within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10–14 business days. Depending on your bank, the credit may take a few additional days to reflect in your account.

Shipping charges (where applicable) are non-refundable.
